Based on the novel won the 2005 Hammett Prize for excellence in crime writing.Prince of Thieves by Chuck Hogan, The Town is set in the Charlestown section of Boston, which Affleck explained has a notorious history of producing bank robbers and armed thieves.

Taylor Lautner has been issued a push-up challenge by the defendant. The muscle-dependent proposition stems from the Twilight hunk's recent court filings alleging that Brent McMahon, who owns McMahon's RV in Irvine, California, failed to complete a $300,000 custom trailer in time for him to use on the set of his movie.

According to NY Daily News, McMahon wants to face-off against Lautner in a push-up contest rather than pay the actor the $40,000 in which he's seeking. Denying any wrongdoing and expressing plans to go to court if Taylor doesn't accept the push-up plan, McMahon, 47, has even said that he'll donate the $40,000 in question to Children's Hospital of Orange County if her ends up beating his younger counterpart. Meanwhile, Lautner's attorney, Robert Barta, was unwilling to comment to such of weird offer.

As reported in www.dailyfill.com Tom Cruise crashed a teenage fan's bike after re-enacting stunt scenes from one of his action movies. He was reportedly urged to have a go on the speedy two-wheeled vehicle after watching a youngster drive around outside the Scientology Celebrity Centre in Hollywood, when he lost control, crashed and ended up scraping the bike all up the side.

The teenager reportedly shouted to Tom: "Hey, show me some of those cool moves you did in Knight and Day!" However, after showing off with a few wheelies the 48-year-old star lost his balance, fell off and damaged the bike.

According to the National Enquirer magazine, he said: "Guess I got a bit carried away. Give me your name and phone number, and I'll have it fixed good as new." However, the teen decided he would rather keep the bike in its smashed state as long as the actor signed the damage he had made. The actor laughed, then returned inside the building for a pen before scrawling his moniker along the scuffed metal work. As he started to head home, the teenager shouted at Tom: "Thanks for breaking my bike in!"

Ew, should I also say: "Oh Mr. Cruise, thanks for breaking my heart too" :hammer

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart spent August 20 and 21 in a private California resort. We can only imagine what they were doing because they spent the entire time behind closed doors! *nosebleed* According to report that taken from www.dailyfill.com, the lovers checked into the exclusive Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, and employees didn't see them again until checkout! Ew! Maybe both of them was slept? Maybe not!

Hotel workers reportedly told Hollywood Life, "They were here, but never once were they seen using the spa, the pool or any of the other amenities we offer. We just needed to change the sheets and make the bed, because the bed was the only thing in the room that was used.”

The snitch went on to say that "When you see celebrities here sometimes, they have certain demands, but they just blended in." Rob and Kristen seem like the last people on earth to demand special treatment. They certainly deserve a weekend away to themselves. Lucky for them, word of their visit didn't spread until days after they left. "They were there for privacy, which we also offer," said the source, who apparently has no sense of irony.

Rob and Kristen still have a few months of freedom before Breaking Dawn starts filming. They'll probably be sick of each other, and Twilight, by the time the 6-month shoot ends!

The raising actress up for the role in “Harry Potter Series and The Girl With Dragon Tattoo”  Emma Watson makes a new transform. According to The Sun, a British-France heir actress is being considered for the coveted role of Lisbeth Salander in the film, which is based on the best-selling novel by Stieg Larsson. That makes this beautiful girl got her hair cut because Lisbeth Salander is a troubled computer hacker with spiky hair and tattoos. And while The Sun claimed that the role is behind Emma's new short do, her rep tells otherwise.

Anyway, I'd rather choose her old hair style (more beautiful), but I am counting her becoming Lisbeth Salander.
